Responsabilités

• Independently manage the complete HR function for the plant.
• Drive manpower planning, budgeting, deployment and productivity.
• Handle permanent, trainee, apprentice and contract manpower.
• Monitor absenteeism, overtime, attrition and productivity.
• Recruitment and onboarding for plant positions.
• Manage employee grievances, disciplinary matters and enquiries.
• Oversee contract labour operations: deployment, attendance, wages and documentation.
• Ensure statutory compliance with labour laws and factory regulations.
• Maintain HRIS, employee records, and plant MIS.
• Coordinate inspections, audits and government notices.
• Liaise with Labour Department and factory authorities.
• Oversee plant administration: security, facilities, transport and canteen.
• Partner with Plant Head on workforce planning and HR initiatives.

Job Description

Plant HR Manager

Location: Jaipur

We are looking for an experienced Plant HR professional to independently manage the complete HR and Administration function for our manufacturing plant in Jaipur.

The role involves managing plant manpower, employee relations, contract labour, industrial relations, labour law compliance, government liaison, plant administration and employee engagement. The incumbent will work closely with the Plant Head and business leadership to ensure effective people management and smooth plant operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Independently manage the complete HR function for the plant.
• Drive manpower planning, budgeting, deployment and workforce productivity.
• Manage permanent, trainee, apprentice and contract manpower.
• Monitor absenteeism, overtime, attrition and manpower productivity.
• Handle recruitment and onboarding for plant positions.
• Manage employee grievances, disciplinary matters, misconduct cases and domestic enquiries.
• Manage end-to-end contract labour operations including deployment, attendance, wages and documentation.
• Ensure contractor compliance with applicable statutory requirements.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws, factory-related regulations, wages, working hours, leave and social security requirements.
• Maintain statutory registers, records, returns, licences and compliance documentation.
• Coordinate labour/factory inspections, audits, notices and hearings.
• Liaise with Labour Department, Factory authorities and other government/statutory bodies.
• Manage plant administration including security, housekeeping, transport, canteen and employee facilities.
• Drive Performance Management, training and employee engagement initiatives.
• Maintain HRMS, employee records and plant HR MIS.
• Partner with the Plant Head and functional leaders on workforce planning and HR initiatives.
• Ensure effective implementation of HR policies, processes and governance at the plant.
