Job summary

Ciel HR invites a seasoned professional to lead manufacturing operations in a large-scale EV/BESS production environment, focusing on ramp-up, plant setup, commissioning, automation and cross-functional leadership across mechanical, electrical, and process teams.

You will leverage MES, OEE, Lean, Six Sigma and 5S to drive continuous improvement while ensuring quality, EHS, and battery manufacturing standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in large-scale EV/BESS manufacturing setup and ramp-up.
• Exposure to MWh/GWh-level production and containerized BESS.
• Expertise in plant setup, commissioning, automation and manufacturing operations.
• Experience in MES, OEE, Lean, Six Sigma, 5S and continuous improvement.
• Strong knowledge of Quality, EHS, compliance and battery manufacturing standards.
• Proven experience in leading large teams and cross-functional operations.
