Job summary

Ventures Hrd Centre is seeking a Lead & Operations Head for its aluminum tube manufacturing plant in Tamil Nadu. You will lead and manage end-to-end manufacturing operations, ensuring safe, efficient, cost-effective production while achieving productivity, quality, delivery and statutory compliance.
