Job summary

Ventures Hrd Centre is seeking a leader to head and manage end-to-end manufacturing operations of an aluminum tube plant in India. The role focuses on safe, efficient, cost-effective production that delivers high quality and on-time results while meeting statutory requirements.

Ideal candidate has a minimum of five years in a Plant Head/Operations Head role, with strong experience in automotive manufacturing and exposure to aluminum tube processes such as extrusion, forming, welding and brazing.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a Plant Head / Operations Head role.
• Strong experience in automotive manufacturing environments.
• Exposure to aluminum tube manufacturing, extrusion, forming, welding, brazing.
