Job summary

Corporate Placement & Liaisoning Services is seeking a senior operations leader to oversee a process equipment manufacturing facility in Pune. The role focuses on safety, quality, delivery, cost and productivity, ensuring customer satisfaction and robust execution of production, testing, inspection and dispatch activities.

You will drive operational excellence with a strong emphasis on people development and leadership to steer teams in a high‑growth environment.

Qualifications

• BE(Mech/Production) with 15+ years experience in manufacturing operations of process equipments/machineries.
• At least 5 years in a lead role.
• Strong in People Management/Development skills.
