Nirgandh is establishing a rotomoulding manufacturing facility in Gorakhpur, UP, seeking a Plant Manager to lead end-to-end operations. The role demands deep rotomoulding experience, strong production planning, and the ability to drive safety, quality and regulatory compliance across shifts.

Job Description:

We are setting up a new rotomoulding manufacturing unit in Gorakhpur, UP, and are looking for an experienced Plant Manager to lead end-to-end plant operations.

The ideal candidate will have 812 years of experience in plastics manufacturing, with the majority of that experience specifically in the rotomoulding/rotational moulding process. You will be responsible for production planning and machine scheduling, process control (mould handling, oven/PIAT monitoring, cooling, demoulding), quality and BIS/ISO compliance, mould and machine maintenance, raw material and cost management, manpower planning across shifts, and safety and statutory compliance. Prior experience setting up or scaling a rotomoulding plant, and managing multi-shift shop-floor teams, will be a strong advantage.

This is a ground-floor leadership opportunity to build and run a new manufacturing unit end-to-end.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Will be responsible for Overall Project setup initially, end 2 End.
• Manage plant operations, ensuring efficient production planning, inventory control, and quality management.
• Oversee roto molding process, including mold design, maintenance, and optimization for various products.
• Develop and implement effective production plans to meet customer demands while minimizing waste and maximizing productivity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to manufacturing processes, materials science, and supply chain logistics.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies.
