The candidate should have BE Mechanical and an MBA (Marketing/Operation) with 10–15 years of experience, including managing 200+ manpower and expertise in ERP/MIS for process improvement.

Job Description

To lead and manage the complete manufacturing operations of the plant by ensuring efficient production, quality standards, cost optimization, customer satisfaction, employee engagement, and continuous improvement. The Plant Head will be responsible for achieving business objectives through effective leadership, operational excellence, and strategic decision-making.

Key Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience as Plant Head / Manufacturing Unit Head.
• Proven experience in handling 200+ manpower team.
• Strong knowledge of complete plant operations and manufacturing processes.
• Excellent leadership, decision-making, and team management skills.
• Strong understanding of production planning, productivity improvement, and cost optimization.
• Good knowledge of costing, budgeting, and commercial activities.
• Strong negotiation skills with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders.
• Experience in customer handling and relationship management.
• Understanding of marketing activities and new business development.
• Good knowledge of manufacturing systems, ERP/MIS, and process improvement tools.
• Strong understanding of HR & Personnel functions, manpower planning, and employee relations.
• Ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives (Lean Manufacturing / TPM / Kaizen).
• Flexible approach towards extended working hours and business requirements.
