Saya Stationery is seeking an experienced Plant Head to lead end-to-end manufacturing operations at Rai, Sonipat, Haryana. The role demands hands-on shop-floor leadership, data-driven decisions, and SAP proficiency across production planning, quality, maintenance, and supply chain.
Ideal candidates will have prior Plant Head responsibility for a manufacturing facility, with a track record of improving OEE, cost control, and delivery while developing a high-performance team.
Saya Stationery is looking for an experienced and hands-on Plant Head to lead the end-to-end operations of our manufacturing facility at Rai, Sonipat, Haryana.
The Plant Head will have overall responsibility for plant performance and will lead cross-functional operations covering Production, Production Planning, Quality, Maintenance, Purchase, Stores, Inventory, Supply Chain, Dispatch, HR & Administration, and Compliance.
We are looking for a manufacturing leader who combines strong shop-floor execution with data-driven decision‑making, SAP proficiency, cost consciousness and people leadership.
Previous experience as a Plant Head / Factory Head with independent responsibility for a manufacturing facility is essential for this position.
Plant Head – Manufacturing
Strong practical working knowledge of SAP in a manufacturing environment is essential.
The candidate should be comfortable using SAP for areas including:
The Plant Head should be capable of using SAP and operational data to independently review performance, identify issues and support effective management decisions.
Experience in consumer‑product manufacturing is preferred, particularly in industries such as:
Stationery, Toys, Apparel, Electronics, Consumer Durables, Household Products, Plastic Consumer Products, FMCG‑related Manufacturing, or other Consumer Goods.
Experience managing manufacturing operations involving multiple SKUs, high‑volume production, inventory control, quality consistency and cost optimization will be an advantage.
The successful candidate will take complete ownership of plant performance and create a strong culture of Safety, Quality, Productivity, Cost Control, Delivery, Accountability and Continuous Improvement.
