Job summary

Michael Page is seeking a seasoned manufacturing leader to head end-to-end operations at a state-of-the-art facility in Jaipur, India. Reporting to the Business Leadership, you will drive production performance, ensure on-time delivery, and oversee quality, maintenance, and EHS, while championing Lean initiatives and cost optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering (postgraduate preferred).
• 20-25 years of manufacturing leadership experience in hydraulics, automotive, heavy engineering, or allied industries.
• Proven track record of leading large manufacturing plants and driving operational excellence.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, quality systems, and EHS practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end manufacturing operations for a state-of-the-art production facility.
• Drive production performance, operational efficiency, and on-time customer delivery.
• Oversee quality, maintenance, supply chain, EHS, and plant administration.
• Ensure optimum capacity utilization, production planning, and resource management.
