Job summary

Westway Electronics Ltd seeks a seasoned Plant Head/Production Head with 10–18 years in manufacturing, including 4–5 years in leadership roles. You will oversee injection moulding, line efficiency, and material planning while driving safety, 5S, and Kaizen across 150–200 staff.

Candidate must have hands-on mould repair experience and strong cost-control and Excel skills to deliver quality products in a cost-efficient manner. Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in relevant engineering with CIPET preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing of home appliances or similar consumer electronics is essential.
• 10–18 years in manufacturing, with 4–5 years as Plant Head/Production Head/Works Manager.
• Hands-on injection moulding and mould repair experience mandatory.
• Experience managing 150+ workforce and production lines.
• Strong knowledge of production planning, cost control, quality and advanced Excel.
• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Plastics, Production or Electrical Engineering; CIPET preferred.

• Experience managing 150+ workforce.


• Strong knowledge of production planning, cost control, quality and advanced Excel.
