Qualifications

Job Description Plant Head (CNC & Bandsaw)

• Overall responsibility for plant production and day-to-day operations.
• Plan and achieve production targets and delivery schedules.
• Manage CNC machining and bandsaw cutting operations.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of CNC programming, tooling, inserts, offsets and machining parameters.
• Optimize cycle time, machine utilization and productivity.
• Monitor bandsaw blade selection, cutting parameters and material wastage.
• Troubleshoot CNC, bandsaw and production-related problems.
• Coordinate with Maintenance and Quality teams to minimize downtime and rejection.
• Manage operators, setters and production manpower.
• Ensure proper machine maintenance, safety and 5S.
• Control tooling, consumables and production costs.
• Monitor daily production, downtime, rejection and productivity KPIs.
• Drive continuous improvement and cost-reduction initiatives.
• Preferably experienced in heavy engineering / oil & gas / API manufacturing.
