KNP Career Solution is seeking Supervisors and process plant managers with plating or coating experience in zinc, copper, tin, or related processes. Knowledge of basic plating and powder coating is essential, with 1–5 years of experience preferred.

Responsibilities include material inspection, process checks, dispatch, paperwork, and labour management, along with coordinating production planning and plant maintenance. Experience in small plating or powder coating plants is acceptable.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–5 years experience in plating or coating environments.
• Knowledge of basic plating processes and powder coating is essential.
• Experience with incoming material inspection and dispatch processes.

Responsabilités

• Supervise plating/coating line operations and staff.
• Inspect incoming materials and oversee process checks.
• Coordinate with production planning to meet schedules.
• Handle paperwork and labour management tasks.
• Assist with plant maintenance and repair activities.
• Communicate with customers for production planning.
