Job summary

Job Join Consultants seeks a candidate to assist in the automatic plating plant commissioning and production of the Tri-Plating process (Copper-Nickel-Chrome). The role includes managing line parameters such as temperature, voltage, and chemical concentrations, and ensuring plating time adheres to specifications.

You will conduct basic quality checks on coatings for thickness, adhesion and appearance, ensuring consistent process quality and safety guidelines are followed.

Qualifications

• Understanding of electroplating processes, preferably Tri-Plating: Copper-Nickel-Chrome.
• Knowledge of chemical handling and safety protocols.
• Root cause analysis (RCA) and CAPA for plating defects.

Responsibilities

• Commissioning and production of the Tri-Plating process.
• Monitor line parameters: temperature, voltage, chemical concentrations and plating time.
• Conduct basic quality checks: coating thickness, adhesion and appearance.
