Job summary

Navrang HR Solutions in Gujarat invites an experienced Electro plating Process Specialist to lead zinc plating, copper plating and phosphating operations. You will manage chemical parameters, ensure process adherence and oversee production manpower.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of relevant experience and holds a B.Sc or M.Sc in chemistry. Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint is required, along with knowledge of IATF16949:2016, ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018.

Qualifications

• Electro plating processes including zinc, copper plating and phosphating.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Education: B.Sc or M.Sc in chemistry.
• Familiar with IATF16949:2016, ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 & ISO 45001:2018.

Responsibilities

• Oversee plating processes, monitor chemical parameters and ensure process adherence.
• Manage manpower and production MIS on a daily basis.
• Prepare cost-saving proposals and monitor chemical consumption.
