Roles & Responsibilities

• Job Profile – Sr. Planning Engineer.
• Prepare Master schedule and micro schedule of the project in MSP.
• Prepare Manpower Histograms (Actual, Required, Forecasted Arrival & Newly Arrived).
• Submit DPR, WPR & MPR reflecting progress summary.
• Providing the layouts of the plan, drawings and monitoring the same
• Checking if work is being executed as per planned schedule.
• Delay Analysis of activities Notify client regarding delays.
• Attaining client meeting and creating minutes of meeting (MOM)
• To keep track of construction materials/manpower inventory and other required resources assigned on site.
• Maintain and record update of site work progress.
• Recording the executed work i.e., reports after execution and daily progress report.
• Quantity Survey.
• Rate Analysis of Over and Above extra items.
• On site Monthly Expenses sheet Maintain for the budgeting calculation.
• Reviewing the overall project status with the project management team and recommend corrective action where necessary
• Maintain all Drawings Received And Issue Records.
• Prepare various strategies for all planning activities for projects.
• Participate in project meetings, prepare presentations and participate in discussions with client.
• Overseeing actual project progress versus the planned work milestones.
• Supervising the planning requirements for the project delivery.
• Study the building drawings and present the problem to the client and then solve it
• Establishing and maintaining schedule baselines and ensure project control mechanisms are in place to monitor performance.
• Prepare Reconciliation statement of concrete and reinforcement couplers.
