Job summary

Shapoorji Pallonji Group is seeking a Planning Manager (Site) to lead scheduling on a major Amaravati project. You will develop and maintain schedules, track progress and identify critical path activities, delays, and risks in coordination with site engineers, contractors, and vendors.

The role requires strong expertise in Primavera P6/MS Project and Excel, with 6–12 years of site-based planning experience and a Civil engineering background.

Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech in Civil or equivalent.
• 6–12 years of site-based planning and scheduling experience.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain project schedules (L1-L4) using Primavera P6 / MS Project.
• Track daily/weekly progress vs. plan; prepare S-curves and variance reports.
• Identify critical path activities, delays, and risks; recommend recovery plans.
• Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and vendors for schedule adherence.
• Conduct progress review meetings and prepare DPR/WPR/MIS reports.
• Maintain records of drawings, RFIs, and change orders affecting schedule.
• Support EOT/delay analysis documentation, if required.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain project schedules (L1L4) using Primavera P6 / MS Project
• Track daily/weekly progress vs. plan; prepare S-curves and variance reports
• Identify critical path activities, delays, and risks; recommend recovery plans
• Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and vendors for schedule adherence
• Conduct progress review meetings and prepare DPR/WPR/MIS reports
• Maintain records of drawings, RFIs, and change orders affecting schedule

Requirements

• B.E./B.Tech (Civil) or equivalent
• 6-12 years experience in site-based planning & scheduling
• Proficient in Primavera P6/MS Project and Excel
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing and site execution
• Good coordination, analytical, and reporting skills
