Job summary

Talentco is seeking a Planning Manager for the Western Zone (Mumbai) to lead planning, scheduling and project controls for 5–6 civil/core and shell projects. You will coordinate with Project Heads, Execution, Procurement, P&M, Commercial, QA/QC, EHS and HO to ensure timely completion.

The ideal candidate has 12–18 years of experience in planning/controls, with 5+ years in similar roles and strong Primavera P6, Excel, and multi-project coordination capabilities.

Qualifications

• 12–18 years of experience in planning/ Project Controls.
• Proficient in Primavera P6 and MS Project.
• Strong skills in advanced Excel and PowerPoint for reporting.
• Experience with high-rise residential/commercial projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and monitor master, baseline, L1–L4 and milestone schedules using Primavera P6/MS Project.
• Monitor planned vs. actual progress, critical activities, delays and milestones.
• Prepare 3-week, 3-month and 6-month look-ahead plans.
• Plan for excavation, foundation, RCC, tower cycles, masonry, plaster, waterproofing, facade and MEP interfaces.
• Develop resource plans for manpower, materials, equipment and P&M requirements.
• Coordinate with Procurement and Engineering for drawings, approvals and long-lead items.
• Develop recovery/catch-up plans for delayed projects and track implementation.
• Prepare weekly MIS, dashboards, variance reports and management updates for multiple projects.
• Coordinate with Commercial for billing, delay analysis, EOT and programme impact.
• Conduct weekly planning reviews with Project Heads and track actions.

Ideal Candidate

B.E./B.Tech Civil with 12–18 years of experience, including 5+ years in Planning/Project Controls, preferably in high-rise residential / commercial projects. Strong Primavera P6, Excel, resource planning, RCC/high-rise construction and multi-project coordination experience required
