Responsibilities

• Develop baseline project schedules and look-ahead plans.
• Prepare WBS, activity sequencing, resource loading, and timelines.
• Create daily, weekly, and monthly project plans.
• Monitor progress against baseline schedules and identify delays.
• Produce S-curves, dashboards, and productivity reports.
• Coordinate with site engineers, subcontractors, procurement, and PM teams.
• Track man-hours, quantities, and productivity.
• Analyze delays and prepare recovery / mitigation plans.
• Conduct critical path analysis and monitor critical activities.
• Maintain schedule revisions and progress records.

About the Role:

Responsible for project planning, scheduling, progress monitoring, reporting, and coordination with construction, engineering, procurement, and operations teams to ensure projects are completed within planned timelines, cost, and quality requirements.

What You'll Do:

• Develop and maintain baseline project schedules using MS Project or Primavera P6.
• Prepare WBS, activity sequencing, resource loading, and project timelines.
• Develop detailed daily, weekly, and monthly project plans.
• Monitor actual progress against the baseline schedule and identify delays/variances.
• Prepare S-curves, progress reports, dashboards, and productivity reports.
• Coordinate with site engineers, subcontractors, procurement, engineering, and project management teams.
• Track material, manpower, equipment, and subcontractor productivity.
• Analyze project delays and prepare recovery plans / catch-up schedules.
• Conduct critical path analysis and monitor critical and near-critical activities.
• Prepare look-ahead schedules (2-week / 3-week / 4-week).
• Assist in EOT (Extension of Time), delay analysis, and claims.
• Track engineering drawings, approvals, procurement, material delivery, and construction activities.
• Compare planned vs. actual man-hours, quantities, and productivity.
• Participate in project review meetings and present planning/progress updates to management.
• Maintain proper documentation of schedule revisions, progress records, and project milestones.
• Support project managers in identifying schedule risks and mitigation strategies.
