Qualifications

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical and visionary Planning Head to lead our strategic and operational planning initiatives. You will act as a key advisor to the executive team, bridging the gap between high‑level company vision and daily operational execution. The ideal candidate ensures that all business units, projects, and resources are perfectly aligned to meet financial objectives, deadlines, and growth targets.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning & Forecasting

• Develop and execute long‑term strategic plans that directly align with the company’s core objectives and revenue targets.
• Oversee financial and operational forecasting, translating broad corporate goals into actionable, measurable business objectives.
• Conduct in‑depth market research, competitor analysis, and SWOT evaluations to identify new business opportunities and market shifts.

Project Oversight & Schedule Control

• Lead and mentor the planning and scheduling teams to ensure timely completion of milestones.
• Establish robust tracking mechanisms for project performance, utilizing modern frameworks and data analytics.
• Manage the critical path of projects, highlighting anticipated delays and implementing proactive mitigation strategies.

Resource & Budget Management

• Oversee the allocation of resources, including capital, manpower, and technology, across multiple departments or projects.
• Prepare and manage dynamic budgets and cash flow projections to optimize operational efficiency.
• Monitor performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure optimal inventory placement, cost reductions, and increased profitability.

Cross-Functional Leadership & Reporting

• Collaborate closely with senior management, construction managers, procurement, and department heads to streamline workflows.
• Design, publish, and present critical MIS reports, dashboards, and operational reviews for the Board and executive leadership.
• Champion continuous improvement initiatives, coaching team members and driving operational excellence.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or Finance. (Master's degree or MBA is highly preferred).
