Job summary

Nirala Infratech is seeking a diligent project coordinator/manager to oversee construction initiatives in Uttar Pradesh. You will define scope, develop schedules, manage budgets, and prepare regular progress and delay reports.

The role requires coordinating with site teams, contractors, and cross-functional departments to keep projects on track and compliant with guidelines. The candidate will also maintain MIS dashboards, ensure timely payments to vendors, and lead regular meetings to resolve

Responsibilities

• Prepare the scope of work for construction projects.
• Develop and maintain detailed construction schedules using MS Office tools.
• Prepare, monitor and maintain project budgets, monthly cashflow statements and business plans for all projects.
• Track project progress at various stages and ensure milestones are met.
• Submit daily progress reports (DPR), monthly progress reports (MPR), delay reports and prepare presentations for monthly reviews.
• Coordinate with site teams and contractors to track deliverables and resolve on-site issues.
• Coordinate with Design, Contract, Purchase and Billing teams to align project schedules.
• Create and maintain Project MIS and dashboards for management.
• Ensure vendors and contractors timely billing certification and payment releases.
• Schedule periodic site and contractor meetings to align timelines and capture MOMs.
• Identify and analyse project risks and bottlenecks and propose mitigation strategies.

11. 11. Identifying and analyse the project risk, bottlenecks and propose mitigation strategies and upscale critical issues.
12. 12. Implement and track compliance measures before, during and after the construction ensuring adherence to statutory guidelines.
