Qualifications

• 4–8 years in construction project planning.
• Experience in high-rise/residential/commercial projects.
• B.Tech in Civil Engineering is mandatory.
• Project schedules, budgets, and risk mitigation experience.

Responsibilities

• Allocate manpower, equipment, and materials efficiently.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Monitor costs vs. budgets and control expenditures.
• Track progress, report delays, and adjust plans dynamically.
• Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and clients.
