Job summary

Randstad is seeking a Planning Engineer in India to handle project scheduling, forecasting, material planning, and cost management across civil/electrical projects. The role involves coordinating with clients and local administration to ensure smooth execution and timely reporting of progress and billing.

The candidate should hold BE/DE in Civil or Electrical and demonstrate strong planning, procurement, and coordination skills for successful project delivery.

Qualifications

• BE/DE (Civil or Electrical) degree required.
• Experience in planning, scheduling or project coordination preferred.
• Strong communication and coordination with clients and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Project Scheduling and Forecasting (L2 Schedules, Monthly Review, Project Tracking, Daily Progress Monitoring).
• Material requirement preparation as per monthly plan.
• Resource, material procurement, machinery, and cost planning as per scope of work.

• Project Scheduling and Forecasting (L2 Schedules, Monthly Review Preparation, Project Tracking, Daily Progress Monitoring, ACE, JCR)
• Preparation of material requirement as per monthly plan
• Resource, material procurement, machinery, and cost planning as per the scope of work.
• Techno commercial work - Monthly billing & Vendor billing
• Finalization of BOQ, Construction material
• Quality & ROW coordination
• Co-ordination with client and Local administration for smooth execution.
• DPR of Project, Client JMC, Client bill (Supply & Erection), BOQ preparation, closure report of project
• Sub-Contractor material reconciliation, materials debit sheet, Contractors Bill.
