Job summary

My Home Constructions Pvt. Ltd is seeking a Planning Engineer in Chennai to lead end-to-end project planning for high-rise developments. You will create master, baseline and detailed schedules and monitor progress against targets.

The role requires Primavera P6 or MS Project proficiency, strong WBS, look-ahead, recovery planning and regular MIS reporting. Prior high-rise/residential/commercial construction exposure is preferred.

Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech – Civil Engineering
• End-to-End Project Planning – Mandatory
• Primavera P6 / MS Project – Mandatory
• High-Rise / Residential / Commercial Construction experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end planning from project commencement to completion.
• Prepare Master, Baseline & Detailed Project Schedules.
• Prepare WBS, Look-Ahead & Recovery Schedules.
• Monitor project progress vs. planned targets.
• Prepare S-Curves, MIS & progress reports.
• Track critical path, delays & project milestones.
• Coordinate with Construction, QS, Contracts, Procurement & Consultants.
• Conduct delay analysis and prepare mitigation plans
