Job summary

Qualifications

• B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• 612 years of experience in high-rise residential projects with at least 5+ years in Mivan shuttering technology.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 / MS Project and other project management tools.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project schedules using MS Project / Primavera, covering all construction phases.
• Plan, monitor, and control project timelines, resources, and budgets.
• Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, procurement, and subcontractors to ensure adherence to project schedules.
• Implement planning strategies specific to Mivan technology for efficient formwork cycles.
• Track progress and prepare periodic reports for management and clients.
• Identify delays, risks, and bottlenecks, and recommend corrective actions.
• Monitor cost and resource allocation to optimize project performance.
• Lead planning meetings and liaise with stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow.
