Job summary

SINCLUS is seeking a Shutdown Engineer - Instrument (TA Planning) for the Refinery project in Punjab. The candidate will lead instrumentation turnaround planning, scheduling, and work-pack preparation for large refinery/petrochemical sites.

Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Instrumentation & Control Engineering with 5–8 years of hands-on experience in turnaround planning, Primavera, and SAP PM/MM. Strong CMMS and SCADA/ PLC knowledge is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Instrumentation & Control Engineering.
• 5–8 years of site experience in large refinery/petrochemical projects.
• Hands-on turnaround planning experience.

Responsibilities

• Instrumentation turnaround planning, scheduling, and work-pack preparation.
• Experience with Primavera, MS Project, MS Excel, and SAP PM/MM.
• Strong knowledge of CMMS, Plan STO, E-SPIR, Purchase Requisitions, and spare/material planning.
• Planning of manpower, materials, QA/HSSE requirements, and critical-path activities.
• Practical knowledge of Control Valves, Transmitters, Sensors, Analyzers, Positioners, and Calibration.
• Understanding of DCS, PLC, and SCADA systems, including troubleshooting and system design.

Position: Shutdown Engineer - Instrument (TA Planning)

Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Instrumentation & Control Engineering

Experience: 5–8 years of relevant site experience in large Refinery / Petrochemical projects, with hands‑on experience in Turnaround Planning.

• Instrumentation turnaround planning, scheduling, and work-pack preparation

• Strong knowledge of CMMS, Plan STO, E-SPIR, Purchase Requisitions, and spare/material planning
