Bachelors Degree in Instrumentation & Control Engineering from a recognized university.
4-6 years of experience; refinery and petrochemical project exposure preferred.
Design experience from reputed engineering companies appreciated.
Good communication skills.

Prepare datasheets and specifications for field instruments (valves, meters, sensors).
Prepare datasheets for junction boxes, cables, panels, trays, glands, and hookups.
Prepare instrumentation index, IO list, utility list, junction box and cable schedules.
Prepare block, hook-ups and installation diagrams; estimate MTO.
Prepare material requisitions for field instruments.
Engage in technical bid evaluation and vendor document reviews.
Size and calculate thermowells; knowledge of API, ISA, IEC, ISO standards.

Instrumentation Engineer (Contractual Role)
Location: Mumbai

Note:- Only Female

Core functional competencies will be:

Preparation of Datasheets / Specifications for field Instrument's like Control Valves, ON OFF valves, Safety relief valves, Various Flow meters, Pressure Instruments, Temperature Instruments, Level Instruments
Preparation of Datasheets / Specifications for Junction Box, Cables, Local Control Panel, Cable Trays, Cable Glands, Hook ups accessories
Preparation of Instrumentation Index, IO list, Utility list, Junction Box schedule, Cable Schedule
Preparation of Block Diagrams, Hook-ups Diagrams, Installation Diagrams, estimation of MTO
Preparation of Material requisitions for field Instrument's

Hands on experience in Control Valves, Orifice plates, Thermowells Sizing / Calculation Knowledge of International Standards (e.g. API, ISA,IEC,ISO etc)
Familiarity with AUTOCAD, INTOOLs Must be part of the complete life cycle of the Instrumentation discipline for Green field or brown field project from start to end

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

Bachelors Degree in Instrumentation & Control Engineering from recognized university
4-6 years of experience. Preferably should have also worked in Refining and Petrochemical Projects for more than 3 years.
Candidate with design experience from reputed Engineering companies
Good communication skills
