Job summary

NKP Pharma Pvt. Ltd. in Ahmedabad is seeking a Project Co-ordinator to oversee the production and assembly of machine-based projects, ensuring adherence to drawings, BOMs, specifications and schedules.

You will coordinate with Design, Production, Purchase, Stores, Quality, Electrical, and Service teams, track progress, resolve delays, and prepare status reports using MS Excel and ERP/MRP systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate production and assembly of project-based machines as per drawings, BOMs, specifications, and schedules.
• Coordinate with Design, Production, Purchase, Stores, Quality, Electrical, and Service teams.
• Track machine components, materials, fabrication, machining, assembly, testing, and dispatch.
• Monitor project-wise production progress and ensure timely completion.
• Follow up on material shortages, outsourced work, technical issues, and production delays.
• Ensure the latest drawings and engineering revisions are communicated to production.
• Coordinate inspections, machine trials, FAT, punch-point closure, and final dispatch.
• Prepare daily/weekly machine production and project status reports.
• Maintain project documents, BOMs, drawings, inspection records, and dispatch details.
• Escalate delays and critical issues to the Project/Production Manager.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel and ERP/MRP systems.
