Job summary

Upskill Rocket in Bengaluru is seeking a Placement Officer / Career Placement Executive to drive student placements, employer partnerships, and recruitment coordination across the institute’s programs.

You will prepare students for interviews, manage relationships with recruiters, and track outcomes, reports, and joinings, while collaborating with training teams to improve job readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, marketing or related field is required.
• 1-3 years of experience in placement, recruitment, HR or career services.
• Experience in training institutes, EdTech or skill programs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage relationships with recruiters, agencies, startups and corporates hiring digital marketing talent.
• Coordinate job placements, interviews and recruitment drives (online and offline).
• Prepare students for interviews with resume reviews, mock interviews and career guidance.
• Match student skills with roles such as Digital Marketing Executive, SEO Analyst, Performance Marketer, Social Media Manager.
• Track placement status, offers, CTCS and joining confirmations.
• Maintain a database of employers, student profiles and placement metrics.
• Collaborate with trainers to improve student job readiness and placement outcomes.
• Support franchise centers with placement strategies and hiring connections.
