Shilpee Educational Trust seeks a placement coordinator to develop hospital partnerships and manage campus recruitment for General Duty Assistant trainees. You will verify job details, plan recruitment drives, and counsel trainees and their families on opportunities and relocation.

The role requires strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills, plus experience in placement activities and possibly DDU-GKY training. Travel may be required.

Competenze

• Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in HR or Marketing preferred.
• 2–5 years of experience in placements, employer relations or healthcare recruitment is preferred.
• DDU-GKY experience or SOP training is advantageous.

Role and Responsibilities

• Develop placement partnerships with hospitals, healthcare institutions, home-care providers and staffing agencies for General Duty Assistant trainees.
• Identify suitable vacancies and verify job duties, salary, deductions, working hours, location and employment conditions.
• Plan and organise campus placements, recruitment drives, employer visits and online interviews.
• Counsel trainees and parents about employment opportunities, relocation, workplace expectations and career progression.
• Coordinate rsum preparation, mock interviews and job-readiness activities with trainers.
• Achieve assigned placement and retention targets while ensuring suitable employment and candidate welfare.
• Coordinate offer letters, joining formalities and approved travel arrangements.
• Confirm accommodation and food arrangements wherever included in the employment offer.
• Maintain regular contact with placed candidates and employers; address joining difficulties, salary delays and workplace grievances.
• Collect and maintain appointment letters, joining confirmations, salary evidence and other required placement records.
• Coordinate with the MIS team for timely updates on the DDU-GKY Portal: https://kaushal.dord.gov.in/home
• Prepare placement plans, employer databases, progress reports and post-placement tracking records.
• Collect employer feedback and share skill gaps with trainers and management.
• Support inspections, audits and quality reviews with accurate, verifiable documentation.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in HR or Marketing preferred.
• Preferably 2-5 years of experience in placements, employer relations, healthcare recruitment or skill development projects.
• DDU-GKY experience and an established network of hospital/healthcare employers will be an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, candidate counselling and relationship-management skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, email, reporting and document management.
• Good Hindi communication and working proficiency in English.
• Willingness to travel for employer meetings, recruitment drives and candidate support.
• Relevant DDU-GKY/SOP training or certification preferred, with willingness to complete applicable role-specific requirements.
