GTT Foundation invites a Placement Coordinator to identify suitable job opportunities for trained candidates and coordinate campus drives and interviews in Delhi. You will build employer tie-ups, match vacancies with candidates, and guide candidates on salary expectations and career options.

The ideal candidate has around 1.5 years of experience, a graduate degree (MSW/BSW preferred), strong Excel and MIS reporting skills, and willingness to conduct employer visits and placement drives in Delhi

Role & responsibilities

• Candidate Placement: Identify suitable job opportunities for trained candidates and facilitate their placement.
• Employer Tie-ups: Build and maintain relationships with companies, industries, HR teams and local employers for job opportunities.
• Job Opportunities: Regularly collect job vacancies from companies and match them with candidates based on their skills and qualifications.
• Interview Coordination: Arrange interviews, walk-in drives, campus placement drives and recruitment activities.
• Candidate Counselling: Guide candidates about job opportunities, interview preparation, salary expectations and career options.
• Placement Follow-up: Follow up with selected candidates and employers to confirm joining status.
• Post-Placement Tracking: Track candidates after joining to check their employment status, retention and job satisfaction.
• Coordination with Training Team: Work closely with trainers and centre managers to understand batch completion dates, candidate skills and placement readiness.
• Placement MIS & Reporting: Maintain records of trained candidates, placed candidates, employer details, interview schedules, offer letters and joining status.
• Placement Targets: Achieve monthly and quarterly placement targets as per project requirements.
• Job Fairs & Recruitment Drives: Organise job fairs and coordinate with employers for bulk hiring.
• Documentation: Maintain candidate resumes, offer letters, joining proofs, employer feedback and placement-related documents.
