Route Upskill Academy, based in Kozhikode, Kerala, seeks a seasoned Placement Officer with at least 2 years in placement. The role focuses on building corporate relationships, generating job opportunities, and coordinating recruitment to secure student placements.

The position involves mapping employers in Kerala and South India, conducting outreach, and arranging interviews and drives with HR teams. Hybrid work location in Kozhikode with a monthly pay of ₹25,000–₹50,000.

Competenze

• Minimum 2+ years of placement or corporate placement experience.
• Experience handling placements in Data Analytics, Accounting & Finance, and Logistics & Supply Chain Management is mandatory.
• Knowledge of industry-specific job roles and recruitment requirements in all three domains.
• Existing connections with HR professionals, companies and recruitment partners will be highly preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.

• Achieve placement targets and improve the overall placement conversion rate.
• Travel for corporate meetings, company visits and placement activities whenever required.

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Placement Officer with a minimum of 2 years of relevant placement experience. Candidates must have previous experience handling placements specifically in Data Analytics, Accounting & Finance, and Logistics & Supply Chain Management.

The selected candidate will be responsible for developing corporate relationships, generating job opportunities and coordinating recruitment activities to ensure successful student placements.

• Previous placement experience in Data Analytics, Accounting & Finance, and Logistics & Supply Chain Management is mandatory.
• Good understanding of industry-specific job roles and recruitment requirements in all three domains.
• Existing connections with HR professionals, companies and recruitment partners will be highly preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Strong corporate outreach, follow-up and coordination abilities.
• Knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, email and LinkedIn.
• Target-oriented, proactive and result-driven approach.
• Willingness to travel for corporate visits and placement activities is mandatory.
