IILM University invites a dynamic Placement Manager/Sr Manager to lead corporate outreach, employer engagement, internships, and campus placements across our Schools of Management, Computer Science, AI & Engineering, Law, Media & Communication, Engineering, Psychology, and Design.

The role focuses on building partnerships, driving campus recruitment, expanding recruiter networks, collaborating with academic schools, and guiding students through career readiness activities to achieve placement

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field.
• 3-8 years of experience in Placements or Corporate Relations (higher education preferred).
• Experience working with multidisciplinary programs across academic domains.
• Strong corporate network and communication skills.

What We're Looking For
