Job summary

Anudip Foundation is seeking an experienced Placement Manager to lead student placement initiatives across IT & ITES programs. You will drive large-scale placements, build corporate partnerships, and manage operations across multiple locations.

The role requires 5+ years in placement, strong stakeholder skills, and a track record of successful bulk hiring. You will collaborate with training teams, coordinate campus drives, and report metrics to leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in student placement (IT/ITeS).
• Proven track record in bulk/large-scale student placements.
• Strong network with IT corporates, startups, and placement partners.
• Experience with skilling organisations / NGOs / college programs.
• Excellent understanding of IT roles (Data Analyst, Web Developer, AI/ML).
• Strong team handling and leadership experience.
• Ability to work in a target-driven, fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end student placement activities for IT & ITES across College Model programs.
• Develop and implement robust placement strategies to achieve high placement conversion rates.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with IT companies, startups, MSMEs, and large corporates.
• Identify new hiring partners and generate placement opportunities across PAN India.
• Drive bulk hiring and large-scale placement campaigns for trained students.
• Collaborate with training teams to align students’ skills with industry requirements.
• Organize campus drives, job fairs, and recruitment events (virtual & offline).
• Track and analyze placement data, hiring trends, and employer feedback.
• Manage and mentor the placement team, ensuring target achievement and productivity.
• Ensure proper documentation and reporting in internal systems (e.g., DB/placement trackers).
• Work closely with internal stakeholders (Program, Training, PMO) for smooth execution.
