Role Overview
The Placement Manager / Senior Manager is responsible for facilitating campus placements, building corporate relationships, and enhancing student employability through structured training and industry engagement.
Key Responsibilities
1. Campus Placement Management
- Coordinate and execute end-to-end placement activities
- Invite companies for campus recruitment drives
- Schedule interviews, tests, and selection processes
- Ensure smooth conduct of placement drives (online/offline)
2. Corporate Relations
- Develop and maintain relationships with HRs, recruiters, and industry leaders
- Identify new companies for placement opportunities
- Organize industry visits, guest lectures, and networking events
3. Student Training & Development
- Identify skill gaps and arrange:
- Technical workshops
- Prepare students for:
- Resume building
- Group discussions
- Personal interviews
- Develop placement calendars and annual strategy
- Set placement targets (number of offers, companies, packages)
- Track and improve placement statistics year-on-year
5. Data Management & Reporting
- Maintain student databases (eligible, placed, offers)
- Generate reports on:
- Placement status
- Company participation
- Salary trends
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders (HR, Admin, Faculty)
6. Internship Management
- Facilitate internship opportunities for students
- Track internship performance and conversion to full-time roles
7. Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure all placement-related documentation is maintained
- Follow institutional policies and reporting standards

Qualifications
- Experience in:
- Campus placements / HR / Recruitment
- Academic institutions (preferred)
Experience
- 10–15 years in placements - Manager Role, recruitment, or corporate relations
- 15 < years in placements
