Qualifications

• Experience: 3–6+ years in corporate relations, placement management, talent acquisition, or campus recruitment.
• Strong existing network of HR professionals, recruiters, and TA heads.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with strong presentation abilities.
• Soft skills: customer-first mindset, high empathy, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Identify, build and maintain relationships with HR leaders, recruiters, and corporate hiring partners.
• Conduct resume-building workshops, mock interviews, and career counseling to ensure job readiness.
• Organize campus placement drives, job fairs, recruitment events, and corporate programs.
• Track placement rates, salary packages, recruiter feedback, and student outcomes to improve training alignment.
• Collaborate with academic teams to align curriculum with market demand.

Key Responsibilities

• Corporate Partnerships & Outreach: Identify, build, and maintain strategic relationships with HR leaders, recruiters, and corporate hiring partners across key industries.
• Student Career Guidance: Conduct resume-building workshops, mock interviews, LinkedIn profile optimization, and career counseling sessions to ensure students are job-ready.
• End-to-End Placement Drives: Organize and manage campus placement drives, job fairs, recruitment events, and corporate hiring programs.
• Placement Metrics & Tracking: Track placement rates, average salary packages, recruiter feedback, and student outcomes to continuously improve training alignment.
• Industry Alignment: Collaborate with internal academic teams to share market trends and employer feedback, keeping our course curriculum aligned with market demand.

Who We're Looking For

• Experience: 3–6+ years in corporate relations, placement management, talent acquisition, or campus recruitment (preferably in EdTech or Higher Education).
• Network: Strong existing network of HR professionals, corporate recruiters, and talent acquisition heads across relevant sectors.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with strong presentation abilities.
• Soft Skills: High empathy, strong negotiation skills, and a passionate, student-first mindset.
