Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree mandatory; MBA/Education Management preferred.
• 4–7 years of experience in placements, career services, or talent acquisition, preferably in a higher education setup.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic relationships with corporates, startups and organizations for internships and final placements.
• Manage end-to-end campus placement activities including employer outreach, scheduling interviews, pre-placement talks, and offer follow-ups.
• Coordinate with academic departments to align placement activities with curriculum outcomes.
• Guide students on career planning, resume writing, interview skills, and professional etiquette.
• Conduct and coordinate training workshops, mock interviews, and skill enhancement programs.
• Maintain and update placement records, recruiter databases, and student performance reports.
• Organize campus recruitment drives, industry interaction sessions, job fairs, and alumni engagement events.
• Ensure regular communication with students and manage placement-related queries and grievances; work with Internship Manager and Placement Executives to execute plans.
• Prepare placement reports, feedback analysis, and provide inputs for institutional improvement.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong industry network and corporate relationship-building capabilities.
• Ability to multitask and manage events under tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office and placement software platforms.
