Job Description

• Develop and maintain relationships with employers, industry professionals, and alumni to create employment opportunities for students.
• Identify and target marquee, super dream, core, dream, and regular IT companies with strong brand recognition and reputation.
• Develop strategies to engage with these companies and promote the benefits of recruiting students from the institution.
• Coordinate meetings and presentations with company representatives to showcase the talent pool of students.
• Collaborate with faculty and alumni to leverage connections and referrals for recruitment.
• Organize employer visits, guest lectures, and industry-specific events to foster networking opportunities for students.
• Coordinate job fairs, on-campus recruitment drives, and internship programs to connect students with potential employers.
• Stay updated on industry trends, job market demands, and emerging career paths to provide relevant information to students.
• Collect feedback from employers and students to continuously improve placement processes.
• Your roles and responsibilities outlined may change as per evolving needs; additional duties may be assigned based on requirements.

Qualification & Experience

• Preferred to have PG in any field.
