Job summary

PaperLive Learning, Bengaluru-based edtech, is seeking an experienced Placement Manager to lead the placement team and manage end-to-end corporate relations, creating job opportunities for trained candidates.

You will build long-term partnerships with HRs, drive placement outcomes through regular follow-ups, and ensure MIS dashboards and reporting meet business goals.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of placements, corporate relations, employer relations, or a similar role.
• Minimum 1 year of team-handling experience is mandatory.
• Proven experience in approaching companies and HRs to generate hiring opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and monitor the performance of the Placement Executive team.
• Handle end-to-end placement activities, from corporate outreach to job opportunity generation.
• Connect with HRs, Talent Acquisition teams, recruiters, and hiring managers through calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
• Source relevant job descriptions (JDs) and hiring requirements for enrolled candidates.
• Build and maintain long-term corporate relationships and expand the hiring partner network.
• Set team targets, track performance, and maintain MIS reports and placement dashboards.
• Coordinate with internal teams to align candidate profiles with employer requirements.
• Drive placement outcomes through regular follow-ups, networking, and process improvements.

About the Role

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong communication, negotiation, networking, and relationship-management skills.
• Target-oriented with good knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and MIS reporting.
• Experience in EdTech, education, training, recruitment, or staffing will be preferred.
