Qualifications

• MBA (2-year full-time) in Marketing or Human Resources from a leading management school.
• Master’s Degree with at least 55% marks or equivalent GPA from a recognized university.
• Certifications in Marketing, HR, Talent Management or Leadership are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage end-to-end placement activities for students.
• Identify students’ employment interests and provide career guidance.
• liaise with corporate organizations for internships, live projects and placements.
• Represent the institution at professional, corporate, and career planning forums.
• Coordinate with students, faculty in-charge, and placement committees for smooth execution of processes.
• Organize campus recruitment drives and interviews.
• Prepare placement brochures, reports and presentations with student committees.
• Maintain placement databases and records.
• Facilitate lateral and final placements for students.
• Visit industries to build and strengthen partnerships.
• Develop industry interfaces for training programs, CEO series, corporate projects and industry visits.

The Placement Executive will be responsible for managing and coordinating all placement-related activities for students. The role involves building strong relationships with corporate partners, facilitating campus recruitment processes, and supporting students in career planning and employment opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Educational Qualifications

Professional Certifications

• Certifications in Marketing, HR, Talent Management, or Leadership will be an added advantage

Professional Experience

• Minimum 7 years of experience in marketing and Human Resources.
• Experience in the education sector/institutions or service sector will be preferred.
• Prior placement experience at Institutes of National/International repute will be an added advantage
