Job summary

KIT Skill Hub - KAPIL GROUP in Hyderabad seeks a Placement Executive Corporate Relations to build and maintain relationships with companies and HR/Talent Acquisition teams, generating placement opportunities for students and coordinating corporate hiring activities. This is a field-based role with regular company visits across Hyderabad.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication and negotiation skills, a solid understanding of recruitment processes, and proven business development

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline; MBA preferred.
• 14 years of experience in placement or corporate relations.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel for regular visits within Hyderabad.

Responsibilities

• Visit companies and connect with HR, TA, and recruitment teams.
• Identify and generate placement, internship, and recruitment opportunities.
• Develop and maintain strong corporate relationships and partnerships.
• Generate leads and explore corporate tie-ups and recruitment drives.
• Collect job requirements and coordinate with companies for profiles.
• Coordinate interviews, recruitment drives, and selections.
• Follow up on interview status and future requirements.
• Support MoUs, corporate partnerships, and employer engagement.
• Maintain a company/employer database and track interactions.
• Prepare and submit daily/weekly activity and performance reports.
• Represent KIT Skill Hub professionally during visits and events.

We are looking for a Placement Executive Corporate Relations to build and maintain relationships with companies and HR/Talent Acquisition teams, generate placement and recruitment opportunities for students, and coordinate corporate hiring activities.

This is a field-based role involving regular visits to companies across Hyderabad.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit companies and connect with HR, Talent Acquisition, and recruitment teams.
• Identify and generate placement, internship, and recruitment opportunities for students.
• Develop and maintain strong corporate relationships and partnerships.
• Generate leads and explore opportunities for corporate tie-ups and recruitment drives.
• Collect job requirements and coordinate with companies for suitable candidate profiles.
• Coordinate interviews, recruitment drives, and selection processes.
• Follow up with companies regarding interview status, selections, and future requirements.
• Support MoUs, corporate partnerships, and employer engagement activities.
• Maintain an updated company/employer database and track interactions.
• Prepare and submit daily/weekly activity and performance reports.
• Represent KIT Skill Hub professionally during corporate visits, meetings, and events.

Qualification
