Job summary

NextNation is looking for a proactive Placement Coordinator Officer to support placement and career services. You will coordinate with students and companies, help organize drives and events, and ensure timely communication throughout the placement process.

You will manage records, assist in follow-ups, and help connect students with suitable opportunities, contributing to a smooth, student-focused placement experience.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent coordination and organizational abilities.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets and CRM tools.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with hiring companies and schedule placement drives, interviews, and recruitment processes.
• Maintain regular communication with students regarding placement opportunities and updates.
• Assist in organizing recruitment events, interviews, and career sessions.
• Maintain and update placement records, candidate databases, and reports.
• Support the team in connecting students with relevant job opportunities.
• Follow up with students and employers regarding interview feedback and placement status.
• Ensure smooth coordination between students, trainers, and recruiters.
