Job summary

Iteducationcentre in Pune is seeking a Placement Coordinator to build strong employer relationships, identify job openings and internship opportunities, and guide students through the placement process.

You will plan and organize recruitment drives, job fairs, and campus events, conduct resume workshops and interview skills sessions, and maintain up-to-date databases for reporting and planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Education, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in placement coordination or recruitment preferred.

• Employer Relations: Develop and maintain strong relationships with companies and organizations to identify job openings, internships, and placement opportunities.
• Career Services: Provide career counseling, assist with resume building, and conduct workshops on interview techniques and job search strategies.
• Placement Coordination: Plan, organize, and manage recruitment drives, job fairs, and campus placement events to connect job seekers with employers.
• Candidate Preparation: Prepare students/job seekers through training in soft skills, aptitude tests, mock interviews, and group discussions to enhance their employability.
• Database Management: Maintain and update databases of students, employers, and placement records to generate insights for career planning and reporting.
• Guidance and Support: Offer personalized career support, helping individuals align their skills, interests, and qualifications with suitable job opportunities.
• Reporting: Track and report placement outcomes, feedback, and employer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills:
