Job summary

Seven Mentor is seeking a Placement Coordinator to build employer relationships, organize drives, and guide students toward job opportunities.

You'll conduct career counseling, resume workshops, and mock interview sessions, while maintaining databases and reporting outcomes.

The role emphasizes strong communication, organization, and proficiency with MS Office and CRM tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in placement coordination, recruitment, or training & development (preferred).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM or database tools.
• Passion about guiding and helping students/job seekers achieve career success.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with companies to identify job openings and placement opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
