Seven Seas Digital Marketing Agency is seeking a Placement Coordinator in Shivajinagar, Chinchwad to drive campus placements and liaise with employers. You will organize recruitment drives, coordinate intern and graduate placements, and deliver career guidance to students, including resume workshops and mock interviews.

The role requires 1–3 years in placement coordination or related training, excellent communication and organizational skills, and familiarity with MS Office and CRM tools.

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in placement coordination, recruitment, or training & development (preferred).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills with multitasking and meeting deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM or database tools.

• Placement Coordination: Plan, organize, and manage recruitment drives, job fairs, and campus placement events to connect job seekers with employers.
• Candidate Preparation: Prepare students/job seekers through training in soft skills, aptitude tests, mock interviews, and group discussions to enhance their employability.
• Database Management: Maintain and update databases of students, employers, and placement records to generate insights for career planning and reporting.
• Guidance and Support: Offer personalized career support, helping individuals align their skills, interests, and qualifications with suitable job opportunities.
• Reporting: Track and report placement outcomes, feedback, and employer satisfaction to improve future initiatives.
