Job summary

IPS, a Berkshire Hathaway company, seeks experienced Piping Engineers to join our team in Mumbai, Delhi, and Hyderabad for life sciences facilities. You will contribute to piping design, MTO preparation, cost estimation, and technical specifications across multiple projects.

Ideal candidates hold an engineering degree with 6+ years’ piping experience and a piping engineering certificate, with Navisworks/AutoCAD familiarity and fluent English.

Qualifications

• Certificate course in Piping Engineering.
• Navisworks familiarity and AutoCAD certification are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare piping MTOs and cost estimates per P&ID and equipment layout.
• Coordinate with site teams and piping contractors for deliverables.
• Produce piping modelling progress and tracking reports.

We are looking for talented Piping Engineers to join our dedicated team at our Mumbai, Delhi, and Hyderabad locations.

Position Responsibilities

• Prepare project lists, piping MTO as per P&ID and Equipment Layout.
• Should be able to do costing for piping.
• Prepare technical specification of Utility and process piping,
• Should be able to prepare the tracking list of deliverables,
• Coordinate with the site team and piping contractors for piping deliverables.
• Prepare piping modelling progress and tracking reports.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Degree in Engineering with 6+ years’ experience.
• Certificate course in Piping Engineering.
• AutoCAD certificate course, or any other certificate course.
• Working experience in MS.
• Is familiar with Navisworks software for reviewing the piping model.
• Fluent in English.
