Job summary

IPS-Integrated Project Services is seeking a Senior Engineer - Piping to join our team in Mumbai, Delhi and Hyderabad offices. The role focuses on piping deliverables, project planning, and cross-disciplinary coordination for technically complex life sciences facilities.

The candidate will lead junior engineers, perform piping costings, and develop specifications for utility and process piping, while ensuring schedule adherence and alignment with project goals.

Qualifications

• A engineering degree with 10+ years of piping experience is required.
• Certificate course in Piping Engineering is required.
• Any additional certificate courses are beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the list of projects and plan manpower for next 3 months.
• Review progress against the schedule and manhours.
• Costing for piping activities and coordination with disciplines.
• Plan piping deliverables: 3D model review, layouts, tender docs.
• Prepare technical specifications for utility and process piping.
• Coordinate with site team and piping contractors for deliverables.
• Guide junior engineers and designers; provide training where needed.

Education

Degree in Engineering with 10+ years’ experience

We are looking for a talented Senior Engineer - Piping to join our dedicated team at your office in Mumbai, Delhi and Hyderabad locations.

• To prepare the list of project


• Planning of manpower requirement (Engineers & Designers) based on available workload & expected workload for next 3 months in the project.


• Periodical review of project progress with respect to project schedule & Manhours.


• Should be able to do costing for piping.


• Co-ordination with other disciplines for necessary


• Planning for Piping deliverable like 3D Model review, equipment layout, piping layout, pipe rack layout, tender doc etc.


• Prepare technical specification of Utility and process piping,


• To prepare co-ordination


• Make track list for


• Conduct site visits to understand project issues and resolve


• Training of junior engineers working under


• Guiding the team of Jr. Engineers and Designers


• Co-ordination with Site team and Piping contractors for piping deliverables.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Degree in Engineering with 10+ years’ experience

• AutoCAD certificate course


• Working experience in MS
