Overview

At IPS, we are global leaders in developing innovative solutions for the consulting, architecture, engineering, project controls, procurement, construction management, and CQV of technically complex facilities, primarily in the life sciences industry. We are looking for a talented PHE Engineer I to join our dedicated team at our office in Vikhroli, Mumbai.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the list of project deliverables.
• Perform costing for storm water network, entire plumbing network, ETP, and STP System.
• Coordinate with other disciplines for necessary drawings.
• Plan for deliverables like Plumbing layout, raw water pump room layout, STP/ ETP layout, etc.
• Perform plumbing and drainage line size calculation.
• Prepare tender document for plumbing, STP, and ETP network.
• Send an enquiry for a tender to approved vendors.
• Release technical bid analyses.
• Release storm water drainage layout, Plumbing layout, ETP, and STP Layout.
• Coordinate with other services like fire hydrant network, electrical cable routing, etc.
• Conduct site visits to understand project issues and resolve them.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical/ Chemical Engineering with 5+ years’ experience.
• Auto CAD course.
• Working experience in MS office.
• Any other certificate course.
• Familiar with US Codes and standards.
