Job summary

n Human Resources & Management Systems [ nHRMS ] invites applications for a Physical Design Engineer to join its VLSI backend team in India. You will handle floorplanning, placement, and routing for design blocks, contributing to timing and area closure from RTL handoff through tapeout.

The role requires 4–5 years of hands-on physical design experience and proficiency with P&R tools such as ICC2 and Innovus, with solid knowledge of STA fundamentals and DRC/LVS signoff flows.

Qualifications
