Job summary

n Human Resources & Management Systems [ nHRMS ] is seeking a Physical Design Engineer to join our VLSI backend team in Chennai. You will contribute to floorplanning, placement, routing, and timing closure from RTL handoff through tapeout.

You will collaborate on block-level closures, perform DRC/LVS signoff, and support full-chip integration, with 4–5 years of hands-on physical design experience and proficiency in ICC2 or Innovus. Strong STA fundamentals are required.

Qualifications

• 4-5 years of hands-on experience in physical design (floorplan through signoff).
• Proficiency with industry-standard P&R tools (ICC2/Innovus or equivalent).
• Solid understanding of STA fundamentals and DRC/LVS signoff flows.
