Job summary

N Human Resources & Management Systems in Mumbai is seeking a Physical Design Engineer for our VLSI backend team. You will handle floorplanning, placement, and routing for design blocks, driving timing and area closure from RTL handoff through tapeout.

You will collaborate with STA, DFT, and RTL teams to ensure block-level closure and support full-chip integration activities. The role requires 4–5 years of hands-on physical design experience and proficiency with ICC2/Innovus.

Qualifications

• 4-5 years of hands-on experience in physical design (floorplan through signoff).
• Proficiency with industry-standard P&R tools (ICC2/Innovus or equivalent).
• Solid understanding of STA fundamentals and DRC/LVS signoff flows.
